Congratulations Club Member Bil Seymour:

   This is a photo taken during commencement for the City of Redlands Police Department Citizen Volunteer Park Ranger Academy.

   The person handing me my badge is Mark Garcia, the Chief of Police.

   I am currently engaged in Field Training, working my way up to RPD CVPR Level II.  When I achieve that distinction, I will be able to engage in routine patrol without supervision and I will be eligible for assignment during special events.
